Beyond Noise is a sustainable two-volume print magazine, housed in a slipcase, and includes “Carnival of Clutter,” a series of artworks by the artist Dinos Chapman. The issue opens with an urgent and inspiring manifesto, penned by CNN’s chief international correspondent Clarissa Ward, on the disproportionate effects of war and conflict upon women globally.
